The Longevity Program (LP) is a wellness service providing preventative health outreach with the goal of disease prevention and risk reduction through lifestyle change. This program is designed to assess known risk factors for cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and musculoskeletal disease states and to develop individualized strategies for lifestyle changes intended to reduce these risk factors. This program is meant to complement the resources of physicians, fitness or wellness professionals, corporate health programs, recreation groups, and other public health entities, while offering a unique and efficient package to effectively assess health and offer guidelines for improvement. This program encourages individuals to adopt exercise as an adjunct to treatment or as a primary prevention tool.

Assessment in the 4 critical areas of fitness (aerobic capacity, muscular fitness, flexibility, and body composition) allows a balanced approach to establishing the guidelines for improvement of health or fitness.
Pre- and post-exercise training assessments can be used to establish baselines and measure progressive improvements, to create positive adjustments to a fitness program, and to serve as guidelines for possible lifestyle counseling.
